Demi Greentree

Founder & Coach

I grew up in small town Dungog. I always had a passion for sports & fitness growing up, competing (I have a competitive nature) in every sport I could during school and repetitively at state level for athletics. When I realised I wasn’t going to make the Olympics, I decided I wanted to make my passion a career and completed my certificates in fitness. I have since been in the fitness industry for over 6 years.

I believe you can do anything if you put your mind to it & I love a good challenge and putting my body to the test.
I have a passion for helping people and love seeing that smile on a clients face after their training. I believe movement is medicine and have been witness to (myself included) exercise making many people feel good both mentally and physically.

I encourage and practice living a balanced healthy lifestyle and believe it’s super important to surround yourself with a positive community, to move regularly and have fun whilst doing so.. And I love to enjoy a wine and some cheese of a weekend!

Adrian Cunningham

Founder & Exercise Physiologist

I have a passion and vision surrounding “Feel Good Movement” and believe it can influence anyone, any age and any ability when implemented everyday. I love exercise and it’s benefits! I’ve found it can change a person...for the better..

 

Myself included! I love a variety of exercise... from surfing & yoga all the way to extreme challenges like Ironman triathlons and 500 calorie burners on the Airbike (ouch!) After starting my own business in 2013 and now completing my Masters in Clinical Exercise Physiology it has always been a huge goal of mine to open a facility to share my passion of exercise & educate the local Newcastle community on the benefits of exercise and movement both physically and mentally.

 

Exercise is just one of the key pieces of the puzzle of my life... Other things I love to enjoy include; A good board game, Mexican feasts and a beer (or two?) with friends, Camping with outdoor adventures and all animals (I’ve always wanted a dog of my own - hopefully one day soon!)
